- Email:Contact your regional FAE via email (e.g., esssupport@advantech.com.tw).Please include your platform model, operating system, Robotic Suite version, and a description of the issue. The FAE team will assist in creating a case.
When reporting an issue, please include logs from ros-demokit, relevant dmesg / journalctl outputs, and reproduction steps. This will help accelerate the support process.
